To create an enabling environment for learning by reducing hunger among school children, optimise their health and nutrition.

Eligibility criteria
(i) All learners enrolled for basic education in grades 0–12 in public schools qualify for school feeding, irrespective of age, gender and socio-economic status.
(ii) All pre-primary and primary learners registered with the Government of Namibia are eligible for school feeding.
(iii) All secondary learners registered with the Government of Namibia are eligible for school feeding.
