Saudi Arabia: Financial Support to Upskill Employment in Private Sector

Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) supports the nationalization of professions in the private sector, where it announced it will pay part of the wages of Saudi men and women employed in the private sector after joining the Employment Subsidy Program for Upskilling. The Fund supports qualitative nationalization over a 36-month period by paying 30 percent of Saudi nationals’ salaries for their first year of work in the private sector.
