Rwanda has made tremendous strides towards achieving comprensive social protection and in particular, achieving the Universal Health Coverage including risk protection, access to quality essential health care services and access to safe, effective, and affordable esssential medicine and vaccines. The Rwandan experience therefore clearly shows that Universal Health Coverege (UHC) is achievable.
