Pilar Luz Rodrigues

Dr. Pilar Luz Rodrigues is currently a Research Assistant within the School of Humanities at the South East Technological University (SETU) in Ireland. She has solid research experience with vulnerable groups and is currently working on social and health related research projects, on topics such as digital telehealth technology and chronic disease among the ageing population, community living in mental health services, and energy hardship in palliative care at home. She holds a PhD in Sociology, an MA in Social Studies, a PG Dip in Cultural Management, and a BA in International Relations. Dr. Rodrigues also previously worked as a Junior Consultant with the International Organization for Migration (IOM – UN Migration). Her research interests include migration, social policy, cultural diversity, and international affairs.
